1. Order Cancellation
- Before Processing: Customers may cancel their order any time before it has been processed and dispatched.
- After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
- How to Cancel: Cancellation requests can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect product is delivered.
- Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, unopened (where applicable), and in the same condition as delivered.
- Exclusions: Perishable products cannot be returned unless they are delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
3. Refunds
- Approval: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved by Dillifresh.
- Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
- Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- Orders cancelled after dispatch.
- Items returned beyond the allowed time frame.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
4. Replacement Policy
- Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement (subject to product availability) for eligible return cases.
- Replacement requests must also be made within 24 hours of delivery.
